How do I find help and support?

In this article, you'll learn how to find the support you need for success using Noteworth to connect with your physician. The support tools are in your pocket, right inside your Noteworth Connect app!

You can find support documents for the device you're using with your physician (Pulse oximeter, glucometer, etc.) and full support for using the app with our Frequently Asked Questions right in the palm of your hand. 

Step 1. Open your Noteworth Connect app on your smartphone.

Step 2. Click on the Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen, as seen below.

Step 3. Tap the Settings link at the bottom of the list 

Step 4. Once inside your settings, scroll down until you see "Devices". 

Tap on the device or subject that you need help with, and you will be taken to a page with support articles that answer your questions. 

Step 5. If you have questions about how to use the app, or about how to get set up with Noteworth Connect generally, please tap the "Frequently asked questions" link, just below your devices. 

Step 6. Browse through the articles that answer your questions quickly and easily, and you can search for any topic you want to learn about.
