Why is the bluetooth not connecting?

If your bluetooth is not connecting to your device, first try restarting your mobile device. Reset the monitor by pressing the START/STOP button for 10 seconds. Make sure the monitor and mobile device are away from other electrical equipment. Then, re-enable Bluetooth on your mobile device, and try to sync with the monitor again.
