Why are my test results inconsistent?

If your test results are inconsistent or not within a normal range, there are a few possible causes. 

1. There may not be enough sample in the test strip. Try retesting with a new test strip and make sure that enough sample has been applied to the test strip

2. The test strip may have expired or been damaged. Try retesting with a new test strip from a new test strip bottle.

3. The iHealth Glucometer may not be performing correctly due to the environment being above or below room temperature. Try putting the Glucometer in a room temperature environment and wait 30 minutes. Try testing again after the thirty minutes is up.
