Get started using the Noteworth Connect app
Follow these 3 steps to get started using your Noteworth app! By the end of step 3, you'll be accomplishing essential tasks with your doctor, like:
Each step just takes a few minutes. Depending on the program your doctor has you in, you might be asked to do one or two of these tasks or all three! You can complete any relevant steps one at a time, or if you've been asked to do all 3, you can work through this whole process and be rolling in 5-10.

Step 1. Take a survey
Filling out health surveys is a key part of keeping your doctor informed of your progress.
1. Surveys and questionnaires are "Tasks" in your list
You will find new surveys and assessments you need to take in your task cards, or you may be prompted to answer some questions before your video visit.
2. Answer the questions
When you take a survey or assessment, be sure to answer all of the questions by tapping on your response, or typing information into the boxes.
Once you finish the survey or assessment, you will see a screen that looks like this.
3. Tap "RETURN HOME" or "START VIDEO VISIT"
If your survey was a pre-video visit questionnaire, you'll click the button that says "START VIDEO VISIT"

Step 2. Log your medication
Many physicians ask their patients to log their medication in the Noteworth Connect app. You can set automated reminders to take your prescriptions so you don't forget.
1. Open the Medication Management screen
In your app, you can access by swiping left from your home screen.
You will see the schedule of medications if your doctor has entered them.
2. Tap "medications" on the top right of your screen.
From here, you can add medications to your medication schedule.
3. Tap the "ADD" button
The top button lets you add prescriptions. Tap the lower "ADD" button to add Over the Counter medications.
Make sure you have your prescription on hand to assist in the next steps.
4. Tap the "NEXT" button
6. Search for your medication
In the search bar, start typing in the name of your medication. A list of results that match your entry will show below.
Select which medication you are taking from the list by tapping on that option.
7. Set your reminder
Select the options that describe your doctor's recommendation for how frequently to take your prescription.
You can add pictures of the medicine bottle and select the reminder options that work for you.
8. Tap save
Great work! You just entered a medication to your schedule. Make sure you add any additional medications you are taking to your schedule.
You will get reminders to take your medication at the appropriate time. Be sure to log that you took the medicine in your Tasks
Step 3. Join a Video Visit
Many physicians and patients use Noteworth to have a video visit instead of meeting in-person. Below are the step-by-step instructions for how to join a video visit.
1. Find your appointment in the app
Your physician will schedule your appointment, and you should receive confirmation and a reminder via Text, Email, and a Notification through the Noteworth Connect app.
To join a video visit, find the appointment link in your app. For most people, this will be their home screen after they log in. Swipe right or left on the main area of the screen until you find the telemedicine appointment card that says "Upcoming Video Visit"
2. Complete any pre-visit surveys
Some doctors will have you fill out a questionnaire before your visit. Please complete this survey 24 hrs before your appointment, or as early as possible.

3. Tap "VIEW VIDEO VISIT"
You will find this on the Telemedicine home screen (above).
Once you tap the link, you'll see a page with appointment details.
Make sure you are in a quiet, well-lit space with a strong WiFi or data signal on your mobile phone.
4. Tap the link "START VISIT"
This will begin your video visit with your physician. The video will begin you and your doctor have both entered the video visit.
Now you should be enjoying the speed and ease of a video visit with your physician.
Once you have concluded your appointment with your physician.
5. Tap the red button at the bottom of the screen to end your visit.
After your visit, you will see a question asking about the quality of your visit. We are always trying to make improvements in your experience, so let us know!
