Troubleshooting your activity tracking tool
Your activity tracking tool should be quite straightforward to use.
What if my activity is not listed?
If you don't find the physical activity that you are going to do on the list to select from, then pick "other activity" or "aerobic activity."
The activity will still "count" when it comes to tracking your fitness. You might want to make a note to yourself so you remember which activity you completed.
Can I add an activity I completed in the past?
You cannot add past activities to your tracking tool. Even when you enter a manual activity, the tracker will log that as taking place when you log the activity. The goal is to get into the habit of recording your activity when you complete the activity on the day. Focus on getting active every day and sharing that information with your doctor.
