How to add an activity manually to your activity tracking tool

This article explains how to add a physical activity manually using the timer in the Noteworth Connect app.

Step 1. Go to your activity tracking tool in the Noteworth App

Log into the Noteworth Connect app.

Go to your activity tracking tool by swiping left or right until you see a screen that looks like the picture above.

Step 2. Tap "Track your activity for..."

At the bottom of the screen, you will see a task card under the words "your tasks". Tap that card to add an activity. 

You may also see a task that says "Let's get moving! Log an activity", which also takes you to the next screen.

Step 3. Select your activity

You will see a list of activities to select from. You can scroll down to see more activities, or search the list at the top to find your activity.

Step 4. Tap "Add Data" at the top right of the screen

Step 5.Tap "Set duration"

In the middle of the screen, next to where it shows the activity, tap the words "Set Duration"

Use the scroll wheel at the bottom of your screen to set the amount of time that you did your activity.

Step 6. Add the intensity

Add the intensity by tapping on the logo below the question "how intense was your workout". 

Step 9. Log any notes related to your exercise

Add notes to yourself (optional) about your exercise.


That will save your reading.
