Why should I track my symptoms using Noteworth?

As part of your health program or goals, your doctor may ask you to report the symptoms you have every day. This information about your symptoms is critical for your care team to know if the treatment is working and you are getting better. When your doctors have this kind of information, they can make more informed decisions and recommendations that will help you get healthy sooner. 

Some organizations use symptom tracking with their employees to keep tabs on exposure to infectious diseases, like the novel coronavirus. In these situations, reporting your symptoms is incredibly important to keep your entire community and workplace safe.

How do I track my symptoms?

Step 1. Log into your Noteworth Connect app

(If you have not downloaded the app or set it up yet, read this article first)

Step 2. Swipe right or left on the main area of your app home screen 

until you see the Symptom Tracking tool. 

Step 3. Tap the task at the bottom of the screen to report your symptoms.

This task card may say REPORT YOUR SYMPTOMS, or it may say something different, like "Complete your assessment".

Step 4. Answer all of the questions

Once you have answered all the questions, tap the NEXT or SUBMIT Button.
