How to report your symptoms

This article explains how to report and track your symptoms.

How do I track my symptoms?

Step 1. Log into your Noteworth Connect app

(If you have not downloaded the app or set it up yet,  read this article first)

Step 2. Swipe right or left on the main area of your app home screen 

until you see the Symptom Tracking tool. 

Step 3. Tap the task at the bottom of the screen to report your symptoms.

This task card may say REPORT YOUR SYMPTOMS, or it may say something different, like "Complete your assessment".

Step 4. Answer all of the questions


Once you have answered all the questions, tap the NEXT or SUBMIT Button.
