How can I add my weight data manually (not with the connected scale)

This article explains how to add your weight data manually, without using the bluetooth-connected scale. 

Step 1. Navigate to the Weight tool

Step 2. Tap your task card at the bottom of the screen

Step 3. Read the suggestions to take an accurate reading.

Step 4. Tap NEXT

Step 5. Add your weight

Tap the box to the right of the word WEIGHT and add your weight reading. 

The app will automatically calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI)

Step 6. Add information about how you were feeling and any notes.

Congratulations! 

You just added information to track your weight.
